This is a small piece by metal artist Yoshiro Iwaisako, with a mouse (hamster) motif.

Even a small mouse that would normally run away will find the courage to go into battle when it puts a Jingasa (the battle hat) on its head.
The Jingasa has cute ears attached to it.

This popular series depicts animals, usually loved by people, wearing samurai helmets and armor, summoning courage and trying to face their nemesis in their own way.
It also serves as a message of encouragement to people who are bold enough to take on new challenges.
